Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution-of-magnetization calculating device that can calculate the waveform of a magnetizing current flowing to a magnetizer required for calculating the distribution of magnetization in a magnet. SOLUTION: This distribution-of-magnetization calculating device calculates the distribution of magnetization in a magnetic material when the material is magnetized by impressing a magnetic field upon the material by means of the magnetizer. The device is provided with a magnetizing current waveform calculating means which calculates the waveform of the magnetizing current flowing to the magnetizer. The calculating means is provided with a setting means which sets the inherent parameter of the magnetizer, a computing means which computes the parameter corresponding to a system containing the magnetizer and magnetic material based on the inherent parameter set by means of the setting means and the characteristics of the magnetic material, and a calculating means which calculates the waveform of the magnetizing current flowing to the magnetizer based on the inherent parameter and the parameter matching with the system. The calculating device calculates the distribution of magnetization based on the waveform of the magnetizing current calculated by means of the magnetizing current waveform calculating means.
