Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain and manage a property of an expensive industrial hydraulic oil.SOLUTION: A hydrogen ion concentration index of a hydraulic oil (solution) in an extraction path 17 of neutralization treatment means 16 is measured by pH measurement means 24. A property of the hydraulic oil is determined on the basis of a value of the measured hydrogen ion concentration index by property determination means 25. The amount of the hydraulic oil in circulation to the extraction path 17 and input of an additive to the extraction path 17 from additive input means 32 are controlled on the basis of determination result, so that neutralization treatment is performed on the hydraulic oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
