PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the maintenance system of an electronic beam machine capable of inexpensively and quickly using a remote support by a professional engineer in time of emergency of occurrence of a trouble in an EBM.SOLUTION: A user side in which an electronic beam machine 10 is installed is provided with a user side communication processing part 20 having a switching part for switching a connection state and a dedicated terminal 30, and a remote place is provided with a remote side communication processing part 51 and a dedicated PC 52. When a failure occurs, the switching part is switched to the connection state by a user, and the dedicated PC displays machine side data acquired when the switching part is switched to the connection state on a screen, and transmits remote support information input by a professional engineer on the basis of an analysis result to the dedicated terminal to provide a maintenance support service for restoring from the failure to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
