PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel which achieves improvement of the design and makes gaps less likely be formed between itself and a ceiling surface.SOLUTION: A decorative panel 30 includes: a panel part 35 covering an opening serving as a suction port or an air outlet of air; and a cover which is detachably attached to the panel part 35 and covers a part of the panel part.
