Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a drive portion compact and to reduce the manufacturing cost of a window opener by supporting a motor to a casing, and connecting a worm and a worm wheel to the respective portions of the output shaft of the motor, and protrusively providing a pinion concentric with the worm wheel, and disposing the worm, the worm wheel and an output gear in a mutually overlapping manner.
CONSTITUTION: A worm gear which rotates a motor M decelerates rotation of the motor M and transfers this rotation to a shaft 3 and a link mechanism opens a window by means of this rotation and then the motor M is rotated in the reverse direction so that the window is closed. Next, the motor M is held via a vibration isolating damper located between the motor M and a casing 5. When a worm 7 and an output gear 11 are disposed in overlapping fashion, a worm wheel 9 overlaps the output gear 11 and a decelerating portion is made compact as a whole. Thereby the number of components is reduced and the motor of small output is used to reduce the cost and also the effects of vibration isolation and soundproofing can be enhanced.
