Abstract:
To provide an abnormality detection device of a ball screw device that quickly and highly accurately detects abnormality of the ball screw device.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection device 1, which detects abnormality of a ball screw conveyance device 80, comprises: a bearing retention 10 that is provided so as to abut with a bearing part 85 supporting a ball screw 83; a sensor unit 15 that has an elastic member, and a heat flux sensor; and an abnormality detection unit 45. The heat flux sensor has a first inter-layer connection member or second inter-layer connection member formed of a sinter alloy subjected to solid-phase sintering in a state where a plurality of metal atoms maintain a crystal structure of the metal atom, and is configured to detect a heat flux of the elastic member producing heat when contracted in response to a displacement of the bearing retention 10, and absorbing the heat when expanding therein; and output a signal in accordance with a size of the heat flux. The abnormality detection unit 45 is configured to: electrically connect to the heat flux sensor; and detect abnormality of the ball screw conveyance device 80 on the basis of a signal output by the heat flux sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
