Title:
ABNORMALITY DETECTION DEVICE OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016098798
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect at least either of an air-fuel ratio imbalance abnormality and a common supply-system abnormality even in an operation at a lean air-fuel ratio.SOLUTION: A combustion mass ratio (MFB) is calculated by using in-cylinder data which is acquired by using a crank angle sensor 42 and an in-cylinder pressure sensor 30. A crank angle (CA10) at a time point at which the MFB reaches 10% is acquired. A fuel injection amount is corrected so that a difference between actual SA-CA10 and target SA-CA10 with respect to a crank angle period from ignition timing (SA) up to CA10 is eliminated. When a fuel injection correction rate of a prescribed cylinder out of a plurality of cylinders possessed by an internal combustion engine 10 reaches an upper limit or a lower limit within a prescribed range, and when a difference between the fuel injection correction rate of the prescribed cylinder and a fuel injection correction rate of the other cylinders other than the prescribed cylinder is not smaller than a prescribed value, it is determined that an air-fuel ratio imbalance abnormality or a common supply system abnormality occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
