PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system that detects an image formation device the operating rate of which has dropped and urges improvement.SOLUTION: A management server of the present invention comprises: a print count database capable of storing a print count indicating the print volume of an image formation device in association with an identifier; an error database capable of storing error information that has occurred in the image formation device in association with an identifier; a print count acquisition unit for acquiring a print count from the image formation device and making it stored in the print count database; an error acquisition unit for acquiring an error information that has occurred in the image formation device and making it stored in the error count database; an analysis unit for totaling and analyzing the print counts stored in the print count database for each prescribed period, for each image formation device manufacturer, and for each image formation device, and totaling and analyzing the error information stored in the error database for each day and for each image formation device; and a visit indication unit for outputting, on the basis of the result of analysis by the analysis unit, an indication that a serviceman should visit a customer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
