Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy drawing of a wound body wound around a winding core from the winding core.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device for a wound body includes either one or both of a groove side tapered part 5a, in which a groove part 5 becomes shallow gradually from the base end side of a winding core 1 toward the tip side, and a shaft side tapered part 6a with a slide shaft 6 becoming thin gradually. In the manufacturing device, by sliding the slide shaft 6 from the base end side of the winding core 1 toward the tip side along the groove part 5, one end side of a band body 50 is caught, and a pair of shaft bodies 2A, 2B are put in a state of being expanded in a direction of separating from each other. In this state, by rotating the winding core 1 in the circumferential direction and winding the band body 50 around the winding core 1, a wound body 50A is formed. Then, by sliding the slide shaft 6 from the tip side of the winding core 1 toward the base end side along the groove part 5, the state of catching the one end side of the band body 50 and the state of expanding the pair of shaft bodies 2A, 2B in the direction of separating from each other are released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
