Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered pellet production device capable of uniformizing heat transmission to pellet grains passing through a syneresis space and further suppressing deterioration in a syneresis chamber.SOLUTION: Provided is a sintered pellet production device X1 comprising: a heating unit 40 including a syneresis part 42 of evaporating crystal water from iron ore and a preheating part 43 of preheating pellet grains made to flow in from the syneresis part 42; and a rotary kiln 50 of generating sintered pellet by firing the pellet grains made to flow in from the preheating part 43. The syneresis part 42 includes: a syneresis chamber 42a surrounding a syneresis space S1; a recovery piping 42b recovering a high temperature gas generated in the downstream side than the syneresis chamber 42a and further connected to the syneresis chamber 42a in such a manner that the inside of the syneresis space S1 is warmed by the flowing of the high temperature gas downwardly in the syneresis space S1; and a syneresis burner 42c fitted to the syneresis chamber 42a and jetting flame to the inside of the syneresis space S1 along the flowing direction D1 of the high temperature gas in the syneresis space S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
