PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage door manufacturing system capable of effectively manufacturing a storage door which can prevent a user's finger from getting caught therein.SOLUTION: A storage door manufacturing system 11 comprises: a supporting table 12; a first concave section creating device 13 to create first concave sections 8, on surfaces of a pair of neighboring door panels 2 supported by the support table, into which a flange section 6 is embedded; a second concave section creating device 14 to create second concave sections 9, on the surfaces of the pair of neighboring door panels, into which a hinge body 5 is embedded; and a hinge setting and installing device 15 to set a hinge on the pair of door panels in a manner that embeds the flange section and the hinge body into the first concave section and the second concave section respectively and to fix the hinge to the pair of door panels with the flange section screwed thereto. The first concave section creating device creates the first concave section 8 by moving a blade 28 rotating around a vertical shaft with a rotational diameter rd1 equal to or more than an outer diameter d1 of the flange section 6, up and down with respect to the pair of door panels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
