Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink manufacturing system capable of forming a heat-radiating paint skin on a surface of a rough material, without requiring a large quantity of heat energy.SOLUTION: A heat sink manufacturing system 200 for manufacturing a heat sink composed of a rough material W and a heat-radiating paint skin, includes a casting device 100 composed of a mold 10 configured by a first mold 1 and a second mold 2 and defined with a cavity C in a mold closing state, and a molten metal holding furnace 20 for holding a molten metal provided to the mold 10. In the inside of the first mold 1, a storage portion 40 in which the heat-radiating paint P is stored, a paint flow path 50 fluid-communicating the storage portion 40 and the cavity C, and a heat shielding layer 40a surrounding the storage portion 40 are formed, and furthermore, an air flow path 60 communicating to the paint flow path 50 to provide compressed air to the paint flow path 50 is formed. The paint flow path 50 is provided with an open/close member 70 switching the blockage or opening of the paint flow path 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
