Abstract:

To reduce a load of a feeding device of a lead alloy sheet, enhance high-speed rotation capacity of a press, and reduce breakage of a bone of a grid formed by expanded-work, when the lead alloy sheet is worked with a V-shaped blade with a high speed press for expanded work.

In a manufacturing mold for working the lead alloy sheet fed in a net shape, a load is reduced by reducing friction force in transfer of the sheet by using the tapered cutter in which a cutting line corresponding to the V-shaped blade is gradually narrowed toward the feeding direction of the sheet, and the expanded grid preventing breakage of the bone even in the high speed rotation of the press can stably obtained by varying the right and left angles of the tip of the V-shaped blade.
