Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve crack resistance in a wrapped V-belt having notch portions.SOLUTION: A wrapped V-belt 100 includes a belt body 150 composed of a compression layer 110 configured by laminating a first compression rubber layer 111, a cloth lamination layer 120 obtained by laminating and bonding a plurality of pieces of cloth 121 to which a rubber composition 122 is attached, and a second compression rubber layer 112, and disposed at a belt inner face side, an extended rubber layer 130 disposed at a belt outer face side, and a core body 140 buried between the compression layer 110 and the extended rubber layer 130, successively from the belt inner face side toward the belt outer face side, and an outside cloth 160 covering the circumference of the belt body 150 over the whole length in a belt circumferential direction. A plurality of notch portions 170 are formed at the belt inner face side of the compression layer 110 in a state of being extended in a belt width direction while arranged in a belt circumferential direction and not covered with the outside cloth 160. Apex portions positioned at the most belt outer face side, of the notch portions 170 are disposed on the cloth lamination layer 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
