Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-polymerizable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that shows high adhesiveness to various types of transparent substrates such as glass, PC (polycarbonate) and acryl as well as transparent conductive members including ITO and metal circuits, hardly induces foaming or peeling even under high temperature or high temperature and high humidity conditions, contains substantially no organic solvent, and shows excellent application property, giving no bubbles or defects in an adhesive layer even when the composition is applied in a thick film state.SOLUTION: A production method of an active energy ray-polymerizable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is provided, in which a urethane prepolymer (A) having an isocyanate group at a terminal, obtained by the reaction of polyol (a-1) and polyisocyanate (a-2), is made to react with an amino compound (B) obtained by Michael addition reaction of polyamine (b-1) having two or more primary amino groups and an α,β-unsaturated double bond group-containing compound (b-2), in an α,β-unsaturated double group-containing compound (D).SELECTED DRAWING: None
