Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of aluminum foil with high quality by electrolysis that peeling off from a cathodal drum made of titanium is easy.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of aluminum foil includes the steps of: electrocrystallizing aluminum foil on a rotating cathode drum made of titanium, using molten salt as electrolytic solution; and peeling off the electrocrystallized aluminum foil and collecting it. The cathode drum made of titanium has surface roughness of 0.10 to 0.40 μm of arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) and 0.2 to 0.7 μm of ten-point average roughness (Rz).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
