Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of high molecular weight silk fibroin aqueous solution with excellent storage stability.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of high molecular weight silk fibroin aqueous solution comprises: a neutral salt dissolution process of dissolving refined silk fibroin raw material into neutral salt aqueous solution to obtain silk fibroin/neutral salt aqueous solution; a desalting process of desalting the silk fibroin/neutral salt aqueous solution to obtain silk fibroin aqueous solution; a heating process of heating the silk fibroin aqueous solution at 65 to 110°C for 30 to 60 minutes; a cooling process of rapidly cooling silk fibroin aqueous solution heated in the heating process to 15°C or less; and a microfiltration process of filtering silk fibroin aqueous solution, which was cooled in the cooling process, by using a microfiltration membrane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
