Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a biomass solid material, capable of efficiently performing a drying process required to produce the biomass solid material used as the raw material of a biomass solid using energy without waste before performing the process of manufacturing a biomass solid.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a biomass solid material includes the drying process of storing a biomass feedstock 4 resulting from photosynthesis in the drying room 32 of a drier 30 to dry it using the exhaust heat HT of the power source 11 of a cogeneration 10 when manufacturing bio-coke 2 obtained by pressing and molding a bio-coke material 3 obtained by subjecting the biomass feedstock 4 to the drying process. A drying time can be varied corresponding to the amount of exhaust heat due to the exhaust heat HT of the cogeneration 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
