Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a packaged bread capable of enhancing flavor of a bread than conventional ones while achieving long storage of the bread.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method for a packaged bread 100 including a sealing process for vacuum sealing a bread 2 in a bag 4 together with an adsorption sheet 1 containing a pulp of 90 to 100% and a deoxidant, an adsorption process for vaporizing moisture contained in the bread 2 in the bag 4 by heating the bag 4 and adsorbing moisture generated in the bag 4 to the adsorption sheet 1, and a bag cooling process for manufacturing the packaged bread 100 by cooling the bag 4 after the adsorption process. There is provided the manufacturing method for the packaged bread 100, in which the adsorption process is preferably conducted by placing the process under a temperature of 90 to 100°C for 40 to 50 min. There is provided the manufacturing method for the packaged bread 100, in which the bag 4 is preferably an aluminum pouch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
