Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crosslinked polymeric particles which can be used at high flow rate when used as a filler for chromatography, that is, have excellent flow rate resistance suitable for massive treatment, and also have high bonding capacity to a target molecule such as a protein when an adequate ligand is introduced, and also to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The method for producing crosslinked polymeric particles is characterized by including a step of reacting a polymer with a crosslinking agent while droplet-dispersing the polymer dissolved in an ionic liquid in an organic solvent having low compatibility with the ionic liquid.
