Abstract:
To provide a thin film capacitor capable of suppressing damage to a dielectric during mounting and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A thin film capacitor 100 includes: a first electrode layer 10; a dielectric layer 20 provided on an upper surface of the first electrode layer 10; and a second electrode layer 30 provided on an upper surface of the dielectric layer 20. The first electrode layer 10 includes a curved surface portion 10d that connects a side surface 10a and a main surface 10c opposite to the dielectric layer 20. In a cross-section perpendicular to the dielectric layer 20, a radius of curvature of the curved surface portion 10d is 10 to 100 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
