Abstract:
To restrain distance fluctuation between a sealing member and a pedestal base incident to resin injection.SOLUTION: A capacitor (2) includes a capacitor body (4) including terminal leads (16-1, 16-2) and a sealing member (14) through which the terminal leads are penetrating, a pedestal base (6) installed on the sealing member side of the capacitor body, and a resin layer (8) between the pedestal base and the sealing member. The manufacturing method of the capacitor includes a step of forming a pedestal base including insertion holes (18-1, 18-2) and a resin injection hole (38), a step of inserting the terminal leads into the insertion holes, installing the pedestal base on the sealing member side of the capacitor body, arranging the terminal leads on the outside of the pedestal base and forming a gap between the pedestal base and the sealing member, a step of bending the terminal leads on the outside of the pedestal base, and a step of injecting resin into the gap from the resin injection hole, following to the step of bending the terminal leads.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
