Title:
A manufacturing method of carburizing-and-quenching material
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6010015
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
Provided is a pre-alloyed steel powder for a sintered body with high fatigue strength. The pre-alloyed steel powder contains at least one from the group consisting of 0.8-1.5% by mass of Mo, 0.5-1.4% by mass of Ni, and 0.5-1.1% by mass of Cr as alloy content and the Mo content [Mo], the Ni content [Ni], and the Cr content [Cr] satisfy the Mo/Ni/Cr balance relationship represented by expression (1). As a result of the foregoing, the steel powder can be used to obtain a sintered body with component rolling properties good enough to allow plastic deformation with low stress and can be used to obtain a carburized and quenched material that exhibits good fatigue strength after a heat treatment such as carburizing, quenching, and the like. Also provided is a carburized and quenched material that exhibits good fatigue strength even after carburizing, quenching, and tempering using such a pre-alloyed steel powder. 8.10 [Ni] + 3.71 [Mo] + 10.25 [Cr] ≤ 14.45 ...
