PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method for producing a cast product where a die for forming the heat dissipation layer to be coated to a cast product is not required, and high strength is also consistent.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a cast product obtained by subjecting the surface of a base material C molded by casting to film formation treatment, after the casting, a resin fiber 4 for film formation is applied to the surface of the base material C in which the residual heat of the film formation temperature of the resin fiber 4 or higher is left using an application device 2, further, a carbon fiber 5 is injected using an injection device 3, the resin fiber 4 is film-formed with the residual heat to form a heat dissipation layer in which the carbon fiber 5 is fixed within the resin fiber 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
