Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cellulose acylate with excellent yield.SOLUTION: A method for producing cellulose acylate has the step of acylating cellulose with an average degree of polymerization of 100 or more and 350 or less, in the presence of acetic acids. In the acylating step, the content of the acetic acids is 1 pts.mass or more and 10 pts.mass or less relative to 1 pts.mass of the cellulose content.SELECTED DRAWING: None
