Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve manufacturing efficiency of ceramic heater.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of ceramic heater has a wiring patterning step of forming a wiring pattern constituting a heating part 20 and a power supply part 30, on the surface of a sheet material composed of ceramic material, a winding step of winding a part in the sheet material, where the wiring pattern is not formed, around a core material so as to expose at least a part of the power supply part 30, after winding a part, where the wiring pattern is formed, so that the wiring pattern is on the outside, and a calcination step of calcining the sheet material wound around the core material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
