Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a texture for washcloth tool.SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that: two fiber yarns (y1, y2) of a synthetic fiber yarn which is 70-150 denier yarn are twisted by primary twist at 1200-2700 TPM in an S direction or Z direction respectively for forming basic yarns; the fiber yarns of two basic yarns formed by primary twist are twisted by secondary composite twist in the Z direction or S direction at 600-2700 TPM respectively for forming a composite twisted yarn S; and the composite twisted yarn S is knitted at a knitting weaving machine so that the composite twisted yarn S is formed into a loop shape, and the texture is formed and has increased restitutive force and detergency.
