Abstract:
(ａ)水系溶媒中にバット染料及び硫化染料からなる群より選択されてなる少なくとも１種の染料のロイコ体を乾燥重量換算で５〜４００ｇ）／Ｌの割合で含有する染料溶液に、非酸化性雰囲気下において真珠を０〜６０℃の温度条件下に１時間以上浸漬する工程、及び（ｂ）所定の浸漬時間経過後に真珠を染料溶液より取り出し、酸化雰囲気下で０〜６０℃の温度条件下に1時間以上酸化処理する工程を有し、当該（ａ)工程及び（ｂ）工程を複数回繰り返すことを特徴とする着色真珠の製造方法である。真珠の本来有する光沢性等の真珠層の特性を損なうことなく、特定の彩色を施して、着色真珠を得る。
