Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite, capable of suppressing reduction in a joining strength of a composite in which metal and resin are joined to each other.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a composite comprises: a design step S10 of applying values of a part of groove-shaped parameters W, Rz and D out of a plurality of groove-shaped parameters W, Rz, D, C and θ to a predetermined relationship between a joining strength F and the plurality of groove-shaped parameters, and thereby determining values of the residual parameters C and θ out of the plurality of groove-shaped parameters; a working step S20 of performing a groove work for forming a plurality of grooves 40 on the surface of a metal member 30 based on the values of the residual parameters C and θ; and a joining step S30 of molding a resin member 80 joined to the metal member 30 or joining the metal member 30 to the premolded resin member 80 so that the plurality of grooves 40 is filled with a resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
