Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composite of a metal and a carbon fiber capable of uniformizing physical properties in a plane direction of the composite.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite of a metal and a carbon fiber has a process for obtaining a coating foil having a carbon fiber layer 11 formed on a surface 10a of a metal foil 10 by coating the surface 10a of the metal foil 10 with a coating liquid 5 containing the carbon fiber, a binder and a solvent for binder with a mixed state by a gravure printing method and drying, a process for forming a laminate with a state that a plurality of coating foils are laminated and a process for conjugation uniformizing the coating foils by heating the laminate with pressuring in a lamination direction of the coating foil. In the process for obtaining the coating foil, the coating liquid 5 is coated by the gravure printing method so that the carbon fiber layer 11 becomes a void state and dried.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
