Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a concentration product using a film concentration method and a freezing concentration method which can efficiently shorten (practical) treatment time (concentration time) required for large-scale (commercial scale) production.SOLUTION: A method for producing a concentration product using a film concentration method and a freezing concentration method includes: a film concentration step of cooling treated fluid and film-concentrating the solid content concentration to 1.5 times or more to prepare a film-concentrated treated fluid; an ice crystal production step of cooling the film-concentrated treated fluid to produce an ice crystal of the film-concentrated treated fluid on the film-concentrated treated fluid, and converting the film-concentrated treated fluid into mixed fluid of concentrated treated fluid obtained by further concentrating the film-concentrated treated fluid and the ice crystal by production of the ice crystal; and an ice crystal separation step of separating the mixed fluid into the concentrated treated fluid and the ice crystal, and taking out the concentrated treated fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
