Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a conductive laminate which is superior in conductivity, and a desired activity, such as a catalyst activity.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a conductive laminate comprises: a step (1) for forming a first carbon layer by applying a carbon liquid dispersion 1 containing carbon 1, dispersant 1 and solvent 1 onto a base, and drying the base; a step (2) for forming a second carbon layer by applying a carbon liquid dispersion 2 containing carbon 2, dispersant 2 and solvent 2 onto the first carbon layer obtained by the step (1) and drying the base; and a cleaning step (3) for at least rinsing the second carbon layer obtained by the step (2) with solvent 3, thereby at least partially removing the dispersant 2 from the second carbon layer; and/or a decomposition step (4) for performing at least one process selected from a group consisting of a plasma process, a UV process and an ozone process at least on the second carbon layer obtained by the step (2), thereby at least partially decomposing the dispersant 2 included in the second carbon layer.
