Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper porous body especially excellent in thermal conductivity and electrical conduction property, a copper porous composite member where the copper porous body is jointed to a member body, a manufacturing method of copper porous body and a manufacturing method of a copper porous composite member.SOLUTION: There is provided a copper porous body having a skeleton section with a three-dimensional network, an oxidation reduction layer formed by an oxidation reduction treatment on a surface of the skeleton section and whole average crystal grain diameter containing the skeleton section and the oxidation reduction layer is 5% or more of diameter of the skeleton section.SELECTED DRAWING: None
