Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of gas from waste plastic over extruding time of coke and suppress negative pressure state inside of a carbonization chamber by adjusting gas amount generated from the waste plastic.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of coke including charging a waste plastic into a coke oven chamber at a plurality of times for suppressing negative pressure state generated in the coke oven chamber in a dry distillation later stage and charging the waste plastic at a plurality of times based on correlation information investigating a relationship between the waste plastic charged at one time and trend of gas generation amount of the waste plastic in advance for inhibiting generation of gas over coke extruding time from mass of the charged waste plastic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
