Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor capable of easily securing coaxial property between commutators and feed brushes.SOLUTION: The DC motor includes: a brush holder 41 fixed to an end frame 22 and having a plurality of brush boxes 44 disposed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction; and a plurality of feed brushes 42 respectively housed in the plurality of brush boxes 44 to slidably contact to commutators. The brush holder 41 includes a plurality of plate side holding units 48 (bearing holding units) for holding an outer lace 26a of a ball bearing 26. The arrangement position of each plate side holding unit 48 is set at a circumferential direction center position between brush boxes 44 mutually neighboring in the circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
