Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated wiring in which, when a flexible display device is deformed, a wiring laminated through an insulating film is damaged, or, the insulating film and the wiring do not peel, along with a display device to which the laminated wiring is applied and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A display device includes a first wiring on an insulating surface, a sidewall which is positioned over the insulating surface and covers a side surface of the first wiring, an insulating film over the first wiring and the sidewall, and a second wiring which is positioned over the insulating film and crosses with the first wiring. An angle of a surface of the sidewall against the insulating surface is less than an angle of a side surface of the first wiring against the insulating surface. The above stated angle increases as a distance from the first wiring decreases. An intersection part of the first wiring and the second wiring is positioned in a display region of the display device, and when the display device bends so that the first wiring is bent, the intersection part is included in a bending part of the display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
