Abstract:
A method for producing an electrode plate in which the bonding strength among active material particles in an active material layer is enhanced, while employing an electrostatic screen printing method. An electrode plate having an active material layer where active material particles are bonded well, a battery employing such an electrode plate, a vehicle mounted with this battery, and a battery-mounted apparatus are provided. Specifically, a method for producing electrode plates (20, 30) having electrode substrates (26, 36) and active material layers (21, 31) formed on major surfaces (27, 28, 37, 38) of the substrates comprises a step for forming non-compressed active material layers (21B, 31B) by depositing premixed particle groups (MX1, MX2) of active material particles (22, 32) and resin particles (23G, 33G) on the major surfaces (27, 28, 37, 38) of the substrates by an electrostatic screen printing method.
