To provide an electrode for secondary battery superior in output characteristics, especially, in low temperature characteristics and having a high energy density by securing conductivity of electrodes as a power storage device containing a nitroxyl radical compound in the electrode.
Immediately after a nitroxyl radical compound is composed by liquid phase anionic polymerization reaction in an electrolytic bath, a conductive material consisting of acetylene black etc. is mixed and a conductive material-contained radical compound in which jointing face between the radical compound and the conductive material has increased is formed. It is possible to make the compound contained especially in the positive electrode 2-100% out of the total quantity with the other active material.
