Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an additive agent for an electrochemical device, which enables the materialization of an electrochemical device having a high initial capacity and good cycle characteristics; a method for manufacturing the additive agent; and an electrolyte solution for an electrochemical device.SOLUTION: An additive agent for an electrochemical device and an electrolyte solution for an electrochemical device each comprise a reaction product of a boroxine compound represented by the general formula, (BO)(OR)[where Rs independently represent an organic group with 1-6 carbon atoms], and a lithium hexafluorophosphate; the quantity of fluorine atoms is less than 6 times that of lithium atoms. A method for manufacturing an additive agent for an electrochemical device comprises the steps of: causing a reaction of a boroxine compound and a lithium hexafluorophosphate in a nonaqueous solvent to prepare a liquid solution containing a reaction product thereof; and performing degasification of a volatile fluorine compound to obtain a solution containing an alkyl difluorophosphate, of which the quantity of fluorine atoms is less than 6 times that of lithium atoms.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
