Abstract:
There is provided a small electronic apparatus including a waveguide that enables low-loss signal transmission. An electronic apparatus (1) has a substrate (20) having a signal terminal (22ab) and a waveguide (10) formed above the substrate (20). The waveguide (10) includes a lower conductor (11) having an opening (11a) at a position corresponding to the signal terminal (22ab) of the substrate (20) and an upper conductor (12) arranged above the lower conductor (11). A conductor pin (40) is formed on the signal terminal (22ab), the conductor pin (40) penetrating the opening (11a) without contacting the lower conductor (11) of the waveguide (10). The conductor pin (40) is connected to the upper conductor (12) above the lower conductor (11).
