Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing aliphatic polyisocyanate in which, while the improvement in production efficiency of aliphatic polyisocyanate can be achieved, the reduction in the production cost can be achieved.SOLUTION: In the process for producing aliphatic polyisocyanate, a carbonyl chloride and an aliphatic polyamine are reacted to produce a reaction product containing a hydrolyzable chlorine, followed by heating the reaction product while purging with an inert gas, and then at least one metal selected from the group consisting of copper and zinc is added and heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
