Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an aliphatic polyisocyanate that can efficiently remove hydrolyzable chlorine and an apparatus for producing an aliphatic polyisocyanate by which the method for producing an aliphatic polyisocyanate is carried out.SOLUTION: An aliphatic polyisocyanate is produced by reacting a carbonyl chloride and an aliphatic polyamine to produce a reaction product including an aliphatic polyisocyanate and hydrolyzable chlorine and thereafter subjecting the reaction product to heating treatment. In the heating treatment step, the reaction product is heated in a continuous stirred tank reactor (a first step) and after the first step, the reaction product is heated in a tubular reactor (a second step).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
