Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flavoring liquid capable of mixing/dissolving aroma or taste by air into drinking liquid or seasoning liquid; and to provide a production method of the flavoring liquid.SOLUTION: Flavoring liquid is obtained as follows: drinking liquid 3 and/or seasoning liquid 3 are put into a liquid tank 2, and air of aroma 7 of a vegetable/fruit/flower which are plants and/or taste 8 which is a spice in a flavor tank 6 is aerated and dissolved by an ejector device 5.
