Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing gas cell capable of improving the vacuum in the cell by preventing invasion of gas generated from sealing member, and a method of manufacturing magnetic measuring device.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a gas cell 10 includes: a first step in which, after placing a lid 19 applied with sealing member 30 and a cell 12 having an opening 18 sealed with a temporary plug 36 in a vacuumed sealing device 38, the lid 19 is heated; a second step in which the temporary plug 36 is removed from the cell 12 in the sealing device 38; and a third step in which, after disposing the lid 19 to the opening 18 in the sealing device 38, the lid 19 is heated to join the sealing member 30 via the cell 12 to seal the opening 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
