Title:
METHOD OF AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING GAS DISSOLVED LIQUID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016112511
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized gas dissolution device capable of dissolving a high-concentration gas under a relatively low pressure in a short time.SOLUTION: In a gas dissolution device 16, a primary turning flow TF1 is generated in a cylindrical turning flow generator 20 by inflow of a gas-liquid mixture GL comprising water W and carbon dioxide CO2, and the gas-liquid mixture GL passes through a through-hole 22 having a diameter d smaller than the inner diameter D1 of the generator 20 from the turning center part of the primary turning flow TF1. Thereby, the gas-liquid mixture becomes a secondary turning flow TF2 having a smaller diameter and higher revolution than the primary turning flow TF1 and is injected in a cylindrical container 26. In the cylindrical container 26, the turning flow based on the high-speed secondary turning flow TF2 is suppressed by a turning flow suppression board 32. In the secondary high-speed turning flow TF2, the fine bubbles in the mixture GL of carbon dioxide CO2 and water W are further finely sheared, and the sheared fine bubbles disappear by collision of the secondary turning flow TF2 or a turning flow based thereon against the turning flow suppression board 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
