Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise emitted when gear teeth abut on each other.SOLUTION: A gear 100 includes: an annular gear wheel part 10; an annular resin support part 20 for supporting the gear wheel part 10; a metal core part 30 provided on an inside of the support part 20 while being spaced apart from an inner peripheral surface 20a of the support part 20; and an annular connection part 40 provided between the inner peripheral surface 20a of the support part 20 and an outer peripheral surface 30b of the core part 30 and connecting the support part 20 to the core part 30. The connection part 40 is formed of a resin having a coefficient of elasticity that is lower than that of the support part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
