Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing granular mold powder by a spray granulation method which easily mixes a mold powder raw material used in production of granular mold powder with water, prevents generation of air bubbles in a generated slurry, can transfer the slurry to a spray drier, and can produce stable granular mold powder, when producing a slurry of the mold powder raw material.SOLUTION: A method for producing granular mold powder by a spray granulation method containing at least fluorite includes: a first step of beneficiating fluorite by manual beneficiation; a second step of pulverizing and refining the beneficiated fluorite raw material; a third step of converting the refined fluorite raw material into a water-based slurry together with other granular mold powder raw material; and a fourth step of granulating and drying the slurry by a spray drier.SELECTED DRAWING: None
