Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery pack that can prevent occurrence of a fitting position error and inadvertent discharge when a bus bar is fitted to a terminal array.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a battery pack, bus bars 18 are fixed to a bus bar module 32 in a predetermined arrangement in advance. First, an assembling jig 13 is secured to a single battery array to set a state that the contact to an external terminal 14 is obstructed by a baffle plate 21 of the assembling jig. Then, the bus bar module is secured while positioned to a positioning plate 23 of the assembling jig. Subsequently, the bus bar module held by the positioning member is secured to an external terminal array 16 while the baffle plate is set to a retracted state, whereby each of the bus bars is secured to the external terminal in the terminal array. Finally, after the baffle plate is returned from the retracted state to the original state, the assembling jig is detached from the single battery array while the bus bar module is secured to the single battery array.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
