Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing halogenated α-fluoroethers with good efficiency on an industrial scale.SOLUTION: The method for producing halogenated α-fluoroethers represented by formula [2] comprises reacting halogenated aldehydes represented by formula [4] or an equivalent thereof with hydrogen fluoride. [HaloR is a haloalkyl group; Ris H, a halogen atom, an alkyl group or a substituted alkyl group; and Ris a substituted/unsubstituted alkyl group.]SELECTED DRAWING: None
