Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a heat source machine that can prevent water, which cannot be drained to be left in a casing of a circulation pump in a process of manufacturing the heat source machine, from being frozen.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heat source machine 1 having, in a housing, a heat exchange part 9, circulation pumps 21 and 42, and internal flow passages 19 and 40 which are constituted including a flow passage of a heat medium provided in the heat exchange part 9 and the circulation pumps 21 and 42, and allow the heat medium heated or cooled at the heat exchange part 9 and also circulated by driving the circulation pumps 21 and 42 to flow therein. The method comprises: an assembling process of assembling the heat source machine 1; an inspecting process having, after the assembling process, an inspection step executed with the internal flow passages 19 and 40 of the heat source machine 1 filled with water, and a drain step of draining water in the internal flow passages 19 and 40; and an antifreezing solution injecting process of injecting a predetermined amount of an antifreezing solution into the internal flow passages 19 and 40 after the inspecting process, the predetermined amount being set to be less than the capacity of the internal flow passages 19 and 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
